Setting defaults for Technicians

Step 1: The following section wil explain how to change the default (Technician) settings:

From the “Home” screen, go to settings -> DEFAULTS (TECHNICIANS) -> Customer

This option is to change the customer per store.

Step 2: Click on the “Use Token” dropdown and enter the Token retrieved from the “Helix Tech” dashboard, “Submit Token”.

Take Customer:

Note that the “Customer” will change.
